We are true gourmets, and the guests of our hotel with half board in Sterzing also take notice of this. Son Andi and his kitchen team make a point of ensuring that the culinary delights at the Wiesnerhof are not only refined and varied but also sustainable and regional. What starts with the rich breakfast buffet continues throughout the day: seasonal vegetables, meat from the region, cheese from mountain farmers... The team keeps tinkering and tweaking until everything tastes delicious! Accompanied by fine wine from the well-stocked wine cellar, every 4-course dinner menu becomes a true experience of pleasure. Not to mention the weekly themed evenings and buffets.

Wine is son Philipp’s profession: he knows every single one of the over 150 labels in the well-stocked wine cellar and is happy to share his knowledge and offer suitable recommendations.
